MARR's commercial organization is made up of over 850 commercial consultants able to offer solutions and services designed to meet the specific needs of each individual operator. The continuous and constant relationship between the MARR commercial consultant and our customer has the objective of offering personalized consultancy capable of covering all needs and requirements: menu analysis, food cost management, insertion and development of new proposals to create new business opportunities and product presentation in line with market trends. Our commercial consultants receive constant continuous training through the MARR ACADEMY on technical, qualitative and commercial topics and are increasingly the partner of foodservice professionals.
Taking care of the customer, also in relation to its changing needs, has led MARR to develop over time, in continuity with its reference values, a phygital marketing approach, i.e. bringing the "physical" approach closer to the "digital" one , optimizing the mutual interaction between the Customer and MARR through the correct and balanced combination of the skills and tools put in place.
This integrated approach connects the various Touchpoints (physical and digital) between MARR and the Customer, combining traditional activities with equally important digital methods which allow, for example, to streamline administrative and reorganization activities, thus allowing on the one hand the commercial consultant to illustrate in depth the breadth of the assortment and the product innovations and on the other hand to the Customer to always be informed about the product assortment, the offers, the initiatives undertaken by MARR and to be facilitated in the management of his orders and payments.
The commercial service is supported by the logistical one implemented through a logistics-distribution network made up of over 40 distribution units, some equipped with Cash & Carry, making use of over 800 vehicles mainly belonging to third-party carriers for the delivery. The logistics network, continuously optimized, thanks also to the double distribution level (from Platform to Distribution Unit and from Distribution Unit to Customer) makes it possible to offer the Customer a wide range of products with particular attention to those of the Territory.
