The Board of Directors of MARR S.p.A. (Milano: MARR.MI), called today, accepted the resignation, for personal reasons, of Pierpaolo Rossi from the role of Chief Executive Officer. Pierpaolo Rossi remains Director, Member of the Board, with powers - assigned by Board of Directors of today - for the management of the areas of Administration, Finance and Control.
