(Milan: MARR.MI), the leading company in Italy in the distribution of food products to the foodservice, inform that today have been made available to the public at the registered office of the Company and on the Company’s web site www.marr.it (sezione corporate governance/assemblee/2013) the following documents:

Reports and proposals of the Board of Directors on the items of the agenda of the ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting called on 19 April 2013;
2012 Annual Report;
Report on corporate governance and ownership structure;
Report on remuneration prepared in accordance with article 123 ter of the Legislative Decree 58/1998.
