Informative note on the outcome of the plan for the buy-back of ownshares decided by the Shareholders’ meeting on 23 April 2010

Pursuant to art. 144 bis paragraph 4 of Consob Regulation 11971/99, MARR S.p.A. hereby informs you that on 23 October 2011, the authorisation period decided upon by the Shareholders’ Meeting on 23 April 2010 and valid for 18 months after the date of the meeting for the buy-back of own shares up to a maximum number of shares representing 10% of the share capital expired.§

We would inform you that the plan for the buy-back of own shares has not been made executive.
