MARR: call of the Board of Directors further the resignation from the office of the Chairman of the Board of Director

MARR S.p.A. informs that today received the resignation of the non executive Director, Vincenzo Cremonini, from the office of Chairman of the Board of Directors. The resignation, attentively considered, is due to professional reasons. The decision also tends to avoid to the Company any difficulty or damage (even only potential) in consequence of the Consob resolution no. 17777 of 11 May 2011 that provides the
interdiction for Vincenzo Cremonini for a period of four months.
Analogous measure of Consob concerns the non executive Director Ilias Aratri and provides the interdiction for a period of two months.
